”Booked a room for one night. Checked in and went to room, thermostat said 84 felt like 90. Went downstairs after turning AC on full and went out. Came back couple of hours later and room still at 82. Front desk said no fans or other rooms available. Slept in the sauna room cause it was late and didn’t want to switch hotels. Reached out to hotel management cause front desk and maintenance guy said to request my money back. Waiting to see if I actually get a response.”

”This is the former Conde Naste headquarters so the property is very stylish and impressive. It’s a huge hotel with a recent remodel so there are conferences on the weekdays and weddings on the weekends. I was there on a Monday, so it was quiet, perfect for a good nights sleep. Rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. I liked the quality of the shampoo etc. Some rooms face the interior atrium which I would probably not be comfortable in since there could be noise from the bar area.”
