”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”I came to Brooklyn to attend a concert for my BDay. I was pleasantly surprised to know that the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. You never know what you're going to get with NY energy... Also, the cleaning staff was awesome; I ended up leaving them a little tip! My room was cleaned daily not like some other major chains. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here @ NU and would recommend it to anyone.”

”Only 1 outlet worked. Luckily my laptop cord reached the bed all the way from the bathroom. The safe is literally level with the floor. Not usable when you’re in town for back surgery. The computer in the lobby for printing didn’t work. One of the elevators was usually out of service which meant long lines. Not sure that I will return.”
