Had no hot water on 2 days of our 3 days stay. Servicing of room not carried out as towels were not changed each day, beds were not made up and coffee and tea were not replenished until we phoned reception. The room bin was not emptied during our stay. We paid ÂŁ472.50 for 3 nights stay.

What an amazing house .it had just everything you could need for a party of 13 inside and out . So clean but so comfy and lots of space. Great location we will be back .
