”Sheritta at the front desk checked me in and Tim checked me out. They were uniformly fast and thorough at their jobs and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Both responded promptly to my intervening (and sometimes odd) inquiries using their messaging concierge service. Five stars! Michael and Showtime helped with my bags. I remembered them both from my previous stay - their hospitality was one of the reasons I returned and why I will continue to do so. Five stars! Meli Cafe was great...

”We had an excellent stay at L7! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we were there for a short birthday weekend trip to catch a concert and the staff went above and beyond! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating even as our flight landed late and we had to notify them of our late arrival. The room itself was beautiful and clean. They even gave us a little cupcake to celebrate the birthday! The hotel is in such a convenient location as well and we were able to walk most places. The transit...

”Hotelli on erittäin siisti, nykyaikainen. Huoneessa (sviitti) hyvät sängyt viidelle henkilölle. Aamupala erittäin hyvä. Chinatown ympäristönä mielenkiintoinen tuttavuus, mutta vähän epäsiisti. Toki matkaa Chicagon ydinkeskustaan jonkun verran, mutta metroasema lähellä. Huoneessa hiukan ihmetyttää suihkun / wc:n ovi (keskellä huonetta), joka on maitolasia. Kun joku menee yöllä vessaan, koko huone valaistuu oven lasin kautta. ”
