”This hotel is run down, there is no housekeeping and the ice machine is always broken. Breakfast is terrible and the morning we checked out, there was police in the parking lot because several cars were vandalized. It is a great location but I will not be staying there again. ”

”My stay here was excellent. When I arrived I was greeted by 2 of the receptionists of the hotel, they both were amazing. Room was clean and a perfect size for a family (2 queen beds). Breakfast was delicious and they also have something they call Kickback which includes hot food, snacks, sodas and alcohol which I did not know about. This is my first time trying out this hotel franchise and it won't be my last. You will not be disappointed. ”

”Don't go there if your handicapped. All the handicap showers are upstairs but the handicap toilets are downstairs. No microwave in rooms. Adjoining did hit mirrors. Wheelchair door was a joke, ran over my foot. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced. Bartender didn't have proper ingredients for their specialty drink, salt on rim instead of toasted coconut and wouldn't give me another drink. Starbucks out of 3 regular items for 4 days we were there. No hot water, accept on 2 occasions. Housekeeper...

”This Hotel is well lit and we felt safe. The staff was outstanding during check in and check out! Room was very clean. We had a very comfortable stay. ”

”The pictures online are definitely not what the property looks like. I had my assistant call and make a reservation and confirm the reservation requesting a room in the 3rd floor. That wasn’t granted, the room was in the first floor; the hallway stuck so badly if wet carpet and trash; the clerk blamed it on sun light coming in which didn’t make any sense. The room. Was just as dingy and rub down, carpet had all kinds of stains in it. The drain in the sink was missing so it was letting bad air...

”So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they...

”It was a comfortable stay. No roaches or bed bugs at affordable prices ”

”The room was great, and although everything appeared very clean, the carpet did leave dark residue on the bottom of feet. Other than that, it was a great stay.”

”Very kind staff but we had fringe, curtain and water issues. Hotel needs lots of refurbishing. Keys didn’t work and had to go to front desk 5 times for a 2 night stay. Someone in our party also had a room in which the door would open without a key and couldn’t be fixed. ”

”Staff at the Hyatt were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not up to par. We booked a king room listed for four people, but it felt very cramped and more suitable for two. The sofa bed was nice, but there wasn’t enough space in the room for four people to be comfortable.””
