”Needed to stay near work while my car is in the shop. Comfy, and when the guy who checked me in found out I worked midnights, he pointed out the original room I booked didn't have a fridge or microwave, changed it for mw for a the difference int room types ($30 total for 3 nights, not a bad trade off!) and moved my room to the quietest corner of the hotel for me, so I could get the best chance at undisturbed rest. If you are staying here and need a shuttle ride, CC, the man who runs the shuttle,...
”Very quiet and picturesque area. The property was well maintained and updated. Very comfortable bed and linens. My only issue was during check in the staff member looked annoyed I was there and continued their phone call while I was providing ID etc. Complimentary breakfast was a very nice addition with coffee, tea and juice but the cereal milk was souring unfortunately. I would recommend this stay to anyone passing through the area, it was a refuge on the road.”
”Comfortable beds and breathable bedding, very convenient location and valet parking makes this a good spot for staying and exploring Ann Arbor. Hotel is about a 45-min walk to the Big House.”
”The hotel has very nice rooms in excellent condition. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a nice outside sitting area in addition to the indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are at least 5 different restaurants within easy walking distance.”

”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place.
Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”
”Love, the fact that we can always count on having a good night. Stay when we come to Ann Arbor, which we do a few times a year and always stay here. Highly recommend this property for its convenience and facilities.”

”Stay was good. Newly renovated, breakfast included, swift check in, good location. Not a short walk, but is walkable from Michigan stadium (about 40 minutes).”
