Don’t expect a hotel it’s a camp. Close to Bolton Landing for restaurants and see all the activities offered. We are returning with the family. 5 stars”

”The room was clean looking. Only half of the outlets worked. Our TV never worked despite multiple promises of repair. The bunk bed was broken. The property is very run down. The only breakfast offered was coffee from a 10 cup pot which we were told had a limit of 1 cup each. We had a telephone on the overnight table not connected to service. Wi Fi was so weak, our phone provider was used instead. Air conditioning could not cool rooms until the second day we were there. Ran them continuously ...

Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.”
