Asunnot – Upper Matecumbe Key

”This is such a quant little place. Smells amazing when you walk in and it’s super clean! The area is great, close to the pool, beach area and boat ramp. The kayaks and bikes were fun! Great area to explore or just chill. Had a grill, 2 hot plates, and a microwave, plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The outdoor space was super cool, lots of games and activities. The campground is busy but with this little oasis you don’t really feel like you’re in the middle of it, the host has made it private...

”The apartment was really nice and clean. Lots of space for all and very comfortable. Was concerned about it being above a restaurant but no noise or smells. Place was great. Being right off US1 traffic was notable but not obnoxious. Would gladly stay again.”

”Apt suite number 2 was very clean just as pictured good water pressure had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to good ac never did find the washer and dryer only bad thing was the trash and old kitchen stuff from the the from captain craigs it’s self cigarette butts and beer cans laying on the ground and walkways but other then that nice place to stay and captain craigs food is really good and fair priced ”

”My wife and I love the accommodations as well as the resort amenities! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay without having to buy much other than food. We loved being right over the marina to watch the boats come in and with lobster season kicking off on the 6th there was a lot of activity and people in the area. The newly renovated pool area was nice to cool off in and only a short walk. The marina restaurant and pool cabana was run by the same local business restaurant...

”We encountered one small issue upon arrival and reached out to the host. She was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Unit was directly across from the pool which we enjoyed. The ground had a swiiming area and pier overlooking the water. Location was close to attractions including John Pennekamp state park. ”

”The property is very clean, however does show some wear. Nothing worse than a loose door between the bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the pool and pier. The beach is more for lounging and waiting. Pleanty of little critters to catch at lowtide. Fish and bird watching was nice by the pier and marina. Grilling was easy and private, kitchen was great for our small family. Seafood markets were just 7miles up the road. Although the ocean is visible it is about a 10 minute walk to reach any...
