”This was exactly what my family and I needed to have a wonderful stay in the U.P. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer were so nice to have also!!)We enjoyed fishing on the dock (caught quite a few fish) and my kids even completed a puzzle to kill some time in the evening. There weren’t really any neighbors during our time there, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Only complaint the amount of mosquitoes outside the cottage. Otherwise, this was by far the nicest...

”Having a little cabin to yourself is a great alternative to a hotel room. I was up for a wedding and hotels were very expensive, this was much more reasonably priced and didn’t have to share a wall with anyone! Walking distance to town as well.”

”Our family of 5 had a great visit to Munising. Everything in the property listing was exactly as promised with the exception that the second room with three twins had recently been converted to two. Kindly, the property manager gave our girls access to the bunk house which was greatly appreciated. My 11-year old could have stood at the little beach area for three days straight throwing rocks. Had a blast. As described well in other reviews, this is right off the highway and next to boats taking...

” We ended up staying at one of their other rentals due to some unexpected issues at this one. They were very accommodating with the switching of cabins. The other was very nice and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. Only issue we had was mosquitoes- we were there in prime mosquitoe season.”

”Great location for ice fishing and snowmobile riding. Up North Lodge restaurant/bar is only minutes away with a great menu selection.We rented two cabins which were perfect for our party of 8. Kitchens are a bit small, but have everything you need for cooking meals. Host was great to work with.”

”We had an awesome weekend getaway at Cabin 5. The hot tub was nice after an evening of fishing. My husband caught 7 fish and I caught my first fish! The shower was a little tricky at first but once you figure it out it makes sense. The sink water pressure wasn’t that great but we didn’t have much use for it since we didn’t have much dishes nor needed it to cook with. If so, you just have to be patient . The beds are super comfy and overall cabin 5 was just perfect for the two of us plus our pup....

”The lake is quiet and far enough from the touristy parts of the area to be peaceful and uncrowded, but close enough to stuff that you're not driving endlessly to get to civilization. The mattresses are super comfortable, and we really had everything we needed to just chill out.”

”This small, newer home was great…nice sized bedrooms and bathroom, beautiful kitchen and living room. Very clean. Well insulated so we didn’t hear traffic much at all. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Location is great ! Communication with the managers were wonderful, very thorough with directions , I liked that they texted and called you on the phone . Very cute and clean for place , slept six with a pullout couch . Very close to the waterfalls . ”
