There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. ”Hotel is brand new, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed on our road trips. Firts we got a room that was not yet ready, staff was a bit confused but it all worked out. Everyone very nice and I think the main thing you need to know is that it is clean clean clean! Breakfast was a bonus, basic but better than most. We just wished that eggs did not have meat in them, that was minus. There was fruit and pancakes etc. and that was great. Would stay again. Castle next door is sure a sight to see even thou...
”The room was spacious, newly renovated. Nice walk in shower, bed was comfortable pillow was just so so. Rooftop bar was very nice! The area is very walkable which is why we chose this hotel. Only negative was the instruction for parking, that could use improvements. Would definitely recommend!”
