”De’ondre at the front desk went above and beyond in hospitality. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and property quiet, despite it being right down town. It was in walking proximity to many restaurants as well as having good food in house. The AC was not quite dependable, with the temp fluctuating but that’s our only complaint.”

”The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked”

”The housekeepers STEAL here, don’t accidentally leave anything and try to come back hoping it’s in the lost and found.. no it’ll be in their pockets and the GENERAL MANGER will only write on a sticky note nothing was found. I had to file a police report and corporate. !!!”
