”From minute we walked in our stay was just what we remembered from last time we had been . Beautiful country kitchen and restaurant it lovely host left us a cake . Must say it had gone in the first half hour with us all . Eggs milk all the essentials to start out stay . It’s perfect for dogs my two loved the space and2 fields all to themselves. Perfect as one my dogs is reactive . Start to finish we loved it made memories in this little part off paradise . Hopefully we will be back soon . ”

”All check in details were emailed promptly by the owner and we found the property easily. We had a long weekend stay for a festival in the area and it made it very easy to travel to it each day. A great flat, nice lounge and comfy bed. Lovely self catering space ”

”The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was small but very comfortable and it had everything that we needed. We especially loved having the espresso machine and the instant hot water. The views from all the windows were outstanding. The local home owners that we met were very helpful and provided some tips on things that they recommended to do.”

”Lovely cottage situated around idyllic green fields, sheep etc. Comfortable, has all the essentials you could need, and close to lots of peak district walks and attractions such as matlock, bakewell etc. Our Family had a great time. Really nice and helpful owner. Overall great stay. Thank you!”

As an American we were a little nervous because it is a small local village, but everyone there made us feel like locals and were very welcoming when they met us.
