”I tiny little apartment, but clean and comfy. Just what I needed for my solo, six-day stay in Paris. A great location. Just a five minute walk to the Seine, and a fifteen minute walk from Notre Dame. The St Paul Metro station is close, and there are several nice cafes, bakers, fruit and veg shops and little supermarkets nearby. Great value for money. Would recommend.”

”We had a great stay here, check-in instructions were easy to follow and apartment is conveniently located in the Marais neighborhood near the metro with many shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Arlette is a fantastic host and easy to communicate with!”

”It was a calm neighbourhood and close to everything we needed. Nice small shops and cafés with walking distance to i. e. Notre Dame. The apartment was as promised and check in was easy. The belltower was a nice touch. We would book it again!”

”Our group of four had such a wonderful stay at the Tropicool duplex! The duplex is centrally located, extremely well decorated (chic and a little quirky, with the bonus of many art books and theoretical texts in both French and English), structurally interesting (a double-floor window in the main bedroom, plenty of light in the entryway through a unique ceiling skylight), and helped us step into another world and feel like locals. The space was clean, thoughtfully stocked, and very comfortable....

”I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.”

Le studio était très propre, et parfaitement calme (aucun bruit à l'intérieur du bâtiment, ni aucun bruit jour et nuit même avec les 2 fenêtres ouvertes. Tout est pensé dans le détail, il ne manque rien et on a assez de la place pour ranger les affaires dans les tiroirs sous le lit. La salle de bain est très petite mais ça va juste...

”Just around the corner from the Rue Montorguel, the apartment is close to excellent restaurants and great food stores. A half mile walk to Les Halles gets you Metro connections to anywhere in the city. The apartment is small, but cozy and the staff is very helpful.”
