The staff is well trained, professional but cordial and always helpful. {they went successfully above and beyond to find an expensive scarf of mine and were prompt in fixing a small problem.} The fitness center could be a little better thought out and equipped.”

”Service level doesn’t meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesn’t have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience. ”

”Overall amazing hotel, amazing stay. The room is more than I could dream of and had the best sleep of my life. The check-in process was lovely, got an awesome upgrade, and my room was ready early. I guess the only thing I would say is the concierge doesn’t have much pull. I get that it is booked, but concierge at a 5 star hotel should be able to work something out? After the 3rd request to try to get tickets or booking somewhere with no avail, I did it on my own. But they still were very nice.”

”We enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent and every place seemed kept up very well. The spa was very nice and we wonder why we never saw hardly anyone there. Our room wasn't very large, there were other bigger ones in the same category. However, I don't think I've ever been in such a quiet room in the middle of a city. We couldn't hear any sounds from the outside nor other rooms. Location is good depending on your needs. There are many excellent restaurants around and many places too to have...

”A superb hotel that managed to exceed my already high expectations. The room was stylish and really the best I've seen so far. Also the staff was very friendly and attentive. The service level was incredibly high and also consistent - everyone from managers to doormen, housekeepers and restaurant staff really did their best.
