”An okay hotel, but I expected more for the price. I think the largest drawback was the pool and some of the staff who didn't really speak English. We expected some nice moments in the sun by the pool, but were thrown out because the sunbeds (which are anyway far from fancy) need a reservation, and no one told us that (say, when checking in!) and you can only reserve them for one hour (!) at a time. And on top of this, communicating with the staff by the pool, or even ordering a beer was...
”We arrived at 11am and were checked in by very courteous staff; were able to enter our room not long after a brief walk in the neighbourhood. Suite has a kitchenette and washing machine (we didn't use). Staff turned the sofa into a bed by the time we returned to the suite in the evening. A couple of doors up the same road is a Dia supermarket. Closest metro station Ruben Dario, a 10 min walk downhill past the US embassy.

”Vierailumme osui hiljaiseen aikaan ja meille tarjottiin upgradausta. Otimme sen vastaan ja saimme todellakin vastinetta rahoillemme. Red-level oli upea kokemus.”

"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open.
The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
