I would love to be able to comment on the property itself, but the host cancelled on us the day before, leaving us stranded without accommodation. In fact, worse still, the host stopped engaging with us altogether and would not answer our calls or respond to our messages. They stated that we hadn't told them our arrival time, despite us responding via Whatsapp 24 hours before. The result was us having to fork out for a much more expensive option last-minute. To top it all off, the refund was only partial as the host refused to officially cancel the reservation in the system, meaning we were left short of all the money we had paid. Luckily, the Customer Service team managed to sort this out for us. Luckily, we know how to make the best out of a bad situation and we still had a fab time in Valencia, despite this.
