”Hotel in general was very dirty. Walls were dirty, bathroom was dirty, and we even found someone else’s clothes in the dresser. Only reason we actually stayed instead of leaving was because the beds were decent and we were only there to sleep before continuing our travels. After checking out we realized we were double charged by the hotel after already paying through Expedia. I will say I did speak with management and she was very helpful in fixing the situation and said there would be a meeting...

Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. ”

”When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us...
