”The staff was very nice and efficient and made a special Birthday trip even more special by upgrading us to a loft room with view of the garden and water. The unit looked renovated and was super spotless (and I am a clean freak!). The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, it was like sleeping on a cloud. There was also a kitchen that we did not really use, but it was nice to have a full size fridge and microwave. The exterior was very pleasant, with garden, flowers, pond and a veggie...
