”We just spent 4 nights in Sterling Goa Varca. The hotel is a 4* property but lack of detail in multiple things, especially cleanliness, decreases it's points. Also the quality vs. the 9000 Rs. / night price doesn't seem adequate. The clientele seems to consist mainly of Indian and Russian tourists so maybe they have a different standard for such hotels than westerners.

”Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. ”
