They tried to charge me even though I prepaid and after telling them I prepaid they “did me a favor” and looked into it. The room was dirty - they don’t even use fitted sheets just flat sheets on the cheapest kind of mattress that left even the kids with backaches. I’d never stay there again.”

”We stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Vaughan for the Post Malone concert and had a fantastic experience. We arrived about three hours before check-in and were pleasantly surprised that our suite was ready right away. Our group of five ladies had plenty of space in the suite with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. ”Generally decent hotel right near the mall, quiet but after mall hours any food options are a drive away not a walk, but there are many options. Good stay.”

”Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Wi-fi broke down and then air conditioning stopped working. I asked for a new room and the air conditioner didn’t work there either. When the guest in the next room had a shower it sounded like it was in our room. Paper thin walls. We lay on the bed sweltering in the heat and hardly slept. Do NOT stay here!”

”The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. Would definitely recommend to any single traveller looking to...

”In middle of night fire alarm was set off. We all had to evacuate, fire department showed up then left shorty after, with fire panel still in alarm! Fire devices still beeping in hallway 45mins after that! No explanation was given and no type of compensation or refund offered. When I followed up days later they stated simply don't refund the so called emergency. Even though the fore panel was never reset!”

”it's proximity to Roger's Stadium is the biggest highlight. Room wasn't particularly clean ( pop tab on nightstand, charger left by previous occupant, tub was wet) but it wasn't filthy. Didn't think the stairs were well marked and elevator was very slow. Staff were friendly enough and it was a quiet hotel.”
