”Excellent welcoming manager. Very quiet. 5 minutes walk to Laguna, 12 minutes to Piazza San Marco. Patisserie 1 minute away has excellent pastries and coffee and full of locals you can talk to.”

”Warning for night flight: I had a night flight so it was difficult to find the property ( They gave good instructions but it was dark and raining), even people from a local café didn't know the streets name. Once we knew how to get there it was very easy to find the property for the rest of our stay. Excellent location. we walked most of the time but also used the water bus Property conditions were fine ”

”Clean, new hotel with comfy beds, air-conditioning and a kitchenette. Everything new and functioning well. Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
