”Great location. Kindly accommodated my early check in request after an international flight. My only small complain is that it’s very noisy - original beautiful floors, and doors create this problem- maybe ask guests to be a little more mindful”

”The flat was spacious and very clean. Emanuela greeted us warmly and was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, with plentiful hot water. Good washing-machine and dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we would have appreciated better/stronger lighting. Perfect location for us. Very quiet at night. We would stay here again.”

”I stayed in Venice for 2 weeks, part of the time with adult friends and part with family including a 10 year old. Everyone loved and enjoyed the location and the apartment, including the beautiful balcony shaded by the arms and leaves of a 100 year old grape vine growing up from the property next door. There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the floor with the bedrooms and another flight to the living room, kitchen and balcony We had three to four people living there at a time...
