”A really beautiful place. Total relaxation and excellent service. However, we had some issues, that need to be sorted out. A/C did not work properly in our room without an additional unit, which was provided promptly. This was an issue also in the breakfast room, too hot. Cleaning needs also some more effort, we found pieces of glass on the floor and found hair from previous guests on the shower floor.”

El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo...
”Great stay on the very peaceful island of Burano that is a short water bus ride from Venice. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat in the Osteria Restaurant and order the five course entree. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two”

The room was clean and spacious. It was really quiet, I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Even with a partial sea view, the view from the room to the sea on the second floor was wonderful. Dishes, cutlery, fridge and even a wine bottle opener were found in the room and it made it possible to your own breakfast in the room. "Sijainti oli erinomainen! Bussi- ja juna-asemalle oli lyhyt matka ja ravintoloita oli lähellä paljon. Hotellilla oli avulias henkilökunta. Suihkukaapissa oli hieman hometta ja lakanat eivät meinanneet pysyä paikoillaan patjojen päällä. Huone oli kuitenkin hyvä perheellemme ja lapset tykkäsivät kerrossängystä"

Palvelun tasoa tosin saisi parantaa, kun kyseessä on xxxx hotelli. Aamiaisella sai pyytää kahvia kahteen kertaan ennen kuin tapahtui, silti meidän jälkeen tulleita ohjattiin pöytiin ja palveltiin heti, eli saimme n.30minuuttia odottaa kahvia. Sitten aamiainen oli laskutettu kahteen kertaan. Aamuksi tilattu venetaksi, oli lähes 20min myöhässä.
Tällä meidän 2viikon Italian turneella tämä viimeinen hotelli oli heikoin suoritus, vaikka olimme 5:ssä eri hotellissa"
"Mainio hotelli lähellä kaikkia suurempia nähtävyyksiä, hotelli oli kumminkin hiljaisella paikalla. Tämä oli kuudes vierailuni Venetsiaan ja Hotelli kuuluu parhaimmiston missä olen siellä asunut.
Tein tämän matkan vanhempieni kanssa ja he saivat viereisiin huoneen ja myös he olivat tyytyväisiä.
Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja sali iso, mikä ei aina ole varmaa kaikissa hotelleissa Venetsiassa.
