”Siisti pieni hotelli. Erinomainen sijainti rautatieaseman ja vesibussipysäkkien vieressä, lentokenttäbussille lyhyt kävelymatka. Rauhallinen ympäristö lyhyen sivukujan varrella. Huone melko pieni, sänky hyvä. Asiallinen aamiainen. ”

”This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable.”

”Really lovely place and staff, we were extremely happy with the room! Very well located, close to biggest sightseeings. Everything was new and modern, as this place is only 1 year old and freshly renovated. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!”

”Clean and nice hotel with good AC. No sign on the road, so hard to notice when arriving. Buses run regularly from Lido center and back (A and V). Very peaceful area, no services like restaurants or shops nearby but hotel has own restaurant and in Lido there is many restaurants etc. We loved staying here and making trips to Venice and other islands and villages.”

”Todo mundo que vê o anúncio do hotéis.com 10/10, excelente, não deve ter ficado no quarto 116, sujo, com as peças do frigo bar na gaveta da cômoda(veja fotos em anexo) que quem instalou não guardou o que sobrou, gaveta suja e cheia de pó, banheiro com papel higiênico começado, o qual precisei pedir para ser trocado, sem a caixa forte que consta no anúncio, e com uma quantidade de aranhas que vc não conseguia dormir de medo de ser picado(veja fotos abaixo), internet péssima, café da manhã pago e...

”Contattare la struttura giorni prima per esigenze è stato impossibile. La tv in camera non trasmetteva i canali nazionali. La pulizia dei cuscini lasciava a desiderare. Il resto della camera pulita e la strutture è comoda per spostarsi a Venezia”

”What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.”

”We were very happy to stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and it has all one needs while travelling. There is one bedroom and one living room inkluding a kitchen niche. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and relaxing, whereas the couch in the living room was not that nice but ok to sleep for a couple of days. The location on Giudecca was super, - it is not in the touristic center of the city but you can reach it quite quickly and there is a direct line 4.1. to the Giardini and...

Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”
