Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10”

”This was the perfect place for me to stay! The owner provided me everything I needed for beach time and my stay was just lovely.”

”Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick. ”

”My wife and I had a great stay. The room was very clean. The tv was very easy to use and had great choices. Very close to the beach with everything you need. When we got to the place the lock was easy to open they had extra ice in the freezer, sunscreen in the restroom and everything you need for the beach. We had one question about a light switch and was called in minutes to make sure everything was great. Thank you for everything. We will be back. 5 stars. ”

”This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet....

”Very nice and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Sarasota! My favorite was the Nespresso expresso maker. And I loved the idea of having a washer and dryer in the unit… we didn’t have to take home dirty clothes. There were also beach chairs, and an umbrella to use at the beaches. Other amenities included a steamer, iron, coffee maker, and everything you needed for your use. Lovely place to stay!”

”The location of this property is fantastic and was just what I wanted for a quick weekend getaway. The unit was well designed and clean, and generally quiet, unless someone was staying upstairs. The location is walkable to St. Armands Circle and just across the street from the beach!”
