”Reception and lobby promised a luxury… it turn out to be something else. Reception could not help us with our check in. Instead one guy without any uniform took care of our check in after 20 mins waiting. Deposit was only possible in cash. Loose floor tiles in corridor and also in shower. There were also some bugs in bathroom and one bathrobe had stains before first use and answer was it is our fault…
We asked for iron and ironing board. He promised to deliver those in the morning… no...

”I booked this stay for my mom, and unfortunately, her check-in experience was frustrating. When she arrived, the front desk told her there was no room available and asked if she had been in contact with the host — which she hadn’t, since I had made the booking. ”Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great.”

”Great place to stay! Only thing I didn't like is that they have to check out your condo before they give you your deposit back. This was a new one on me. Also an inconvenience as I was on my way to the airport and running late. Otherwise, the place is the best! ”

”Ali, the host was extremely helpful and kind. He was always quick to respond whenever we called. The studio was very clean! It was refreshing and comfortable to stay in. The bed was comfortable, the view from balcony was great. The Venice mall is just below you! Definitely worth it! There’s also a grocery market just down the street which we bought some food to cook inside the studio since there is a kitchenette with a stove.”
