In the authentic heart of Sestiere Castello, the truest and most suggestive of Venice's districts, an intimate and welcoming apartment awaits you where every detail smells of Venetian magic. In a few steps you can find yourself in front of the Basilica, breathe the unique atmosphere of the most famous square in the world and then return to the authentic quiet of Castello, away from the crowds but immersed in magic.
When you walk through the door, you are greeted by a lovely living area: a cozy and bright space where a table and chairs invite you to slow and romantic breakfasts. Imagine the distant sound of a boat gliding across the canal while sipping coffee. The kitchenette, complete with microwave, kettle and dishes, allows you to live the Venetian experience with freedom and comfort: an intimate dinner after a day spent among historic bridges, hidden views and timeless wonders.
The master bedroom is a small haven of love: a cozy bed where you can rest after walking hand in hand among small squares and illuminated foundations. The large wardrobe and bedside tables make the space functional and harmonious, while the authentic silence of Castello offers peaceful nights, away from the crowds but immersed in the unique atmosphere of the lagoon.
A practical hallway leads to the bathroom complete with sink, shower, toilet and bidet: a well-kept space where you can carve out moments of relaxation before going out to discover once again the most romantic city in the world.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

City Tax: € 4,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

HOUSE RULES
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
• Respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, avoiding noises that may disturb the neighborhood.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Only registered guests can stay in the accommodation.
• Please use the furniture, appliances and all the equipment in the house carefully.
• Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, cookers, air conditioners and other appliances.
• Separate collection is mandatory. Waste must be returned in the appropriate containers and must not be left inside the accommodation at the end of the stay.
• It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
• Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
• When leaving the accommodation, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.
• Check-out must be done within the agreed time.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
