Melko pieni "casa" näkymä vesi - hiljattain remontoitu ja kauniisti pukeutunut 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto neljälle kätevästi sijoitettu lähellä kirkon Frari San Polo alueella.



Vihdoa auringonpaistetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, josta on näkymät Rio di San Polo -kanaalille ja silta, jossa raitoja heijastuvat gondoliitit kulkevat ajankohtana ja tekevät muinaista kauppaa, lämmin ja vieraanvarainen Ca 'Dei Nomboli tarjoaa mukavuutta ja eleganssia koko sen tilava sisustus.



Tyylikkäästi värikkäitä värejä sisältävässä majoituksessa on suuri ja puolittain avoin suunnitelma istuma / ruokailuhuone, sisustettu ja sisustettu trooppisen hedelmäkokoelman zingy "mandarino", zesty "pompelmo rosa", mehukas kalkki ja suussa sulava mango ja jossa on kaksi korkeat ikkunat, joissa on kauniit kaiteet kanavalle.

 Rohkea ja virkistävä väri kaleidoskooppi loistavalla paikalla kaupungin tutustumiseen!

Hyvin sijoitettu Rialton alueen pohjoisosaan (kuuluisien ruokamarkkinoiden ja kujilla labyrintin) ja eteläisen Dorsoduro-alueen (sen laaja "fondamente", antiikkikauppoja ja gallerioita) ja vain kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä 14: sta Frari-temppelin kirkko, Campo San Polo ja leukaan pudottamalla Tintorettolla täytetty Scuola Grande Di San Rocco.

Hetkiä hyvin varustetuista "Billa" supermarket ja suuri valikoima ravintoloita sekä ruokailua ja ulkona syöminen ja kivenheiton vesibussipysäkki ja "Traghetto" gondoli lautalla San Toma Grand Canal - ihanteellinen matkoja (aikana käyttöajat) yli "must see" nähtävyyksiä San Marcon kaupunginosan ja sen jälkeen.

Communication before/during stay was excellent. We were met at the local water taxi stop and shown to the apartment and shown around the apartment received some recommendations for local restaurants etc. Apartment is in good location - we walked everywhere. Apartment is large and both bedrooms bathrooms were good sized. Kitchen is slightly small but has everything you need and we were only making breakfast anyway. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is the laundry room - washer and dryer and is locked so just for the apartment's use. Would recommend.

The apartment is right on one of the small canals. Right is the heart of Venice. It is picturesque from the windows in the front bedroom and living room. There is a small bridge also great for photos. The apartment is clean and bathrooms are large. Well decorated with everything you would need. Kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay! Gondolas leave right next to the building.

This property is delightful. The location is central to everything, walkable to every part of the city. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom suites, which was perfect for two couples, and a spacious living area. It is sparkling clean and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. The hosts had someone meet us at every point and gave us all the information we needed.Thanks for a great week in Venice!

We enjoyed this nicely updated & well appointed apartment on a beautiful canal with a bridge view! Two couples so the two bedrooms & two bathrooms worked out well. We had fun snacking on local cheese, meat, olives & wine from the local coop in the comfy living room area, with the windows open to the canal below. The apartment was one flight up, so not a bad walk, and had a washer/dryer in the basement which was convenient. Would highly recommend hiring a private water taxi to take you directly from the Venice airport boat dock to the closest drop off near the apartment as it made the transition from airport to apartment very smooth and a very short walk with our suitcases!

Acqua Alta! A unique experience. Location was good, on high ground. Close to San Toma’ vaporetto and many pizzerias and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds and living areas ( dining room with large table and living room). Overall a comfortable stay overlooking canal with passing gondolas.

The apartment was a lovely place to call home while we explored one of the most iconic cities in the world. The beauty of Venice is the attraction but this apartment was a delight. We loved being able to come back and relax during the heat of the day in the air conditioning. It was also close to a number of delicious restaurants and the water taxi for quick travel through the city. Having a view of the canals right out our window was the cherry on top. We loved opening our windows just to take in the view. The host's staff were friendly and very responsive to questions and texts.

This place deserves so much credit as it gives such a homely feel and aura. 2 large rooms with their own bathrooms. Centrally located you can spend few hours exploring different areas of Venice and then just come back relax and go back out again.

The property was very accurate in its description. The unit was very big and clean. The location was about a ten minute walk to the Rialto bridge. Also only 1 min from a grocery store. The management was very responsive and kind. They seemed to care a lot and were very helpful. I would definetly stay here again. We used their water taxi service from the airport and when we left via train we walked the 15 minutes. It was very easy. We had 2 small children and they were very comfortable in the unit.

The communication with the property management company was very good all the way through one of their reps meeting us at the vaporetto stop to lead us to the apartment and brief us on the things we needed to know about use of the property, followed by recommendations for places to eat. The property is in a residential area outside of the bustle of the tourist sections of Venice. It was right on one of the smaller canals, in close proximity to a food market, and within easy walking distance of tourist sites (or the vaporetto stop to get to them easily). The apartment, itself, was spacious, very well and comfortably furnished, and had all of the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend to others!

We had an excellent stay at Ca' Dei Nomboli. It has newly renovated and beautiful 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and the condo is very near to Rialto. Anna was prompt and helpful with the check in and check out process. Would love to stay here next time we are at Venice!!

Fantastic!!! Loved it! Owners and management are so pleasant and helpful. Any questions we had were answered right away! The apartment itself was beautiful and equipped with everything we could need… Everything was so clean and organized. The apartment was easily accessible from the ferry drop off…. The Apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants! We walked to Saint Mark’s Basilica! Would definitely recommend to others visiting Venice.

My wife, three daughters, and I stayed here. Everything was clean and the property owners were extremely helpful. A representative met us, showed us the apt., and gave great tips and helpful info. The location is great. Slightly out of the most tourist filled areas but still with plenty of charm and was close to Rialto and public transport.

This was our second stay at Cà dei Nomboli -- we were there eight years ago and were happy to see it was still available and still as lovely. Great location near Campo San Polo and beautiful canal view. Quiet (for the most part) neighborhood. The apartment is bright and sunny, beautifully decorated in a restful color scheme. Waking up in the serene bedroom with the canal view is a special memory of our time in Venice. There were a few issues and questions after our check-in that required communication with Views on Venice, but all issues were dealt with, questions answered, plumbing fixed, in a quick and courteous way. (Although the person who greeted us on arrival and checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient, we felt that there was some information that might have been made more clear.) We appreciated having our return water taxi reservation made for us so easily. Recommend this apartment!
