Norsunluunvärinen torni, jossa on pehmeitä puhetta, josta on näkymät kanavalle, ja terassi aivan Santa Crocen sisällä.

Pukeutunut hienoimmalle ja istuen kärsivällisesti odottamassa sinua laajan kivisillan vieressä kolmen kanavan kohtauspisteessä pikku Campiello Moscan, San Pantalonin 17-luvun kirkon ja Buzzy Campo Santa Margheritan välillä Dorsoduron alueella, Ca 'Pantalonissa. uusittu ja sijaitsee toisessa (ylimmässä) kerroksessa, jonne pääsee portaita pitkin.

 • upea ja erittäin suuri eristäytynyt kalustettu terassi takana - loistava paikka auringonottoon ... kuinka toivon, että voisin olla siellä heti! ... ja melkein ylimääräinen oleskelu- / ruokasali ulkona kesällä ja hienolla säällä
 • kaksi saman tyylisen tyylikkään rauhallista makuuhuonetta - toisessa tyylikäs parivuode ja toisessa tilava sänky ylimääräisellä sängyllä
 • kaksi kauniisti varustettua kylpyhuonetta, jotka täydentävät majoitustilat - yksi jaettu taso upotetulla kylpyammeella ja suihkulla ja toinen suihkulla

 … Loistavalla paikalla aivan yhden eikä kolmen venetsialaisen piirin tai 'sestieri'n - Santa Croce, San Polo ja Dorsoduro - rajoilla - mahdollistaa helpon pääsyn kaikkiin ravintoloihin, nähtävyyksiin ja aktiviteetteihin, joita jokaisella on tarjota!

Kivenheiton päässä upeasta Tintoretto-täytetystä Scuola Grande di San Roccosta ja kuuluisasta Frarin kirkosta. Muutaman minuutin päässä San Toman vaporetto -pysäkiltä (vesibussilla) on helppo matkustaa ympäri kaupunkia ja Traghetto-gondolilautalle. Grand Canal San Marcon alueelle.

Helposti saavutettavissa jalka Piazzale Romasta, jos matkustat kevyesti ja lähellä pieniä kauppoja, Punto-supermarketia ja Campo Santa Margheritan kala-, hedelmä- ja vihanneskojuja kaikkiin itsepalveluperiaatteesi tarpeisiisi.

Brilliant Property.

I feel like if we extol about the small details too much that I’ll be doing the “important things” a disservice. So, the apartment itself is luxurious and well-designed. The hosting company is amazing and inviting, and were communication with us prior to arival. But the small details were exquisite. Everything you can think about—and things you wouldn’t. The place is wonderful. Perfect for a stay in Venice!

Light-filled spacious apartment in perfect location

The location was perfect for us and the canal views out the apartment windows were fun. The hosts were very helpful and all our communications went smoothly, including our greeting on arrival. The living room and bedrooms were spacious, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen is on the small side which was fine for us, but maybe not easy for cooking full meals. Thank you for a delightful stay!

A truly exceptional place to stay, this was highlight of our accommodations for our entire Italian trip! Check-in was easy as Rosanna from the rental agency met us when we got off the vaporetto, walked us to the apartment, gave us information about the neighborhood and registered us for the Venice tourist tax nonsense. Our only issue -- turning on the wifi extender -- was answered and resolved quickly with no hassles. Very much appreciated! Inside the apartment there's a ton of space with elegant furnishings in excellent condition -- a full kitchen, separate dining area, living room, two full bathrooms, patio, closets galore and large bedrooms. Everything was spotless clean except the patio which needed a sweep and a rinse. The larger bathroom is all elegant marble, just be careful as it gets slippery and there are two steps up to the shower/bath. Outside is a perfect neighborhood with a location outside the normal tourist areas. There is a picturesque view of a canal out the window and a large campo (square) just on the other side for restaurants, cafes and markets. It was lively during the day and quiet at night, just what we wanted. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to this amazing city.

Comfortable and great location

Venice was our final city of a 10 day trip. This apt was a perfect way to end the trip. Lots of space, good location and best AC of the trip. There are two sets of stairs to navigate and on the second step a handrail would have made it a full 5 star. Marco checked us in and Enrica was easy to communicate with. Both were great. Departure by water taxi was close by and easy to access.

We visited Venice for four days at the end of May and loved this apartment. It was central to grocery, banks, cafes and all the sites we wanted to see. Our host was very helpful in teaching us about the area, where we should go and how to best get around.

Great Location, Views, and Experience

Great location at the intersection of Rio de Pantalon and Rio de Ca' Foscari with easy access to really anywhere. Hosts were super helpful in arranging a water taxi to pick us up at the train station and then again to take us to the airport. They met us at the property to let us in and show us around, even spending a few minutes with a map to point out some things in the area and how to get to them, then they were available via WhatApp in case we needed anything, but we didn't. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with good views of the 2 canals down below.

Venice is magical

Our three-day two-night stay in Venice could not have been better thanks to our apartment and suggestions from those involved. The owners communicated every detail and when we arrived, they met us at the 'boat dock' and walked us to our GREAT apartment. Mateo who escorted us also gave great dinner recommendations which we used perfectly. We loved the location! For a great time in Venice, I highly recommend our hosts!!!

Venice Dream Apartment

Perfect location with views of canals and yet quiet. The apartment is spacious with wonderful windows and patio. The host provided us with impeccable service and they set up a water taxi for us to and from the train. The apartment is very well stocked with all our needs. We hope to return in the near future!

The location is perfect. Very nice area not teaming with tourists. The AC and wifi broke while there but repaired. The sheets were very scratchy so I asked for ones that were better. The bed is rather hard. Nice to have a washing machine. There were practically no standard provisions such as sugar or paper towels. The patio is nice to have but the furniture needs replacing— splinters on tables and chairs. The apartment really needs some design help. Just little things mean a lot. Very cheap and old furniture. I spent 8 nights there so it mattered. Good restaurants right outside the door like The Dolfin. There are 3 total flights of stairs so don’t recommend this unless you are in good shape. The managers do try to help and are attentive during stay.

Would definitely stay here again!

Best location in Venice - at the crossroads of several bridges and canals - a convenient drop-off and pick-up point at Campo San Pantalon for easy taxi service. Head south for the university area teaming with cafés, restaurants, several bars, and food shopping (grocery, bakery, butcher, etc.). Head north through San Polo and cross the Rialto for the tourist areas. Booking and check-in were very easy; our hosts were reachable through Whatsapp and made arrangements to meet us in the Campo; and provided an orientation to the apartment and the area. Terrific customer service! The apartment was as listed and accomodated our party of four (two married couples): two bedrooms - one king and one with two twin beds; two bathrooms - one with shower and the other with a tub/shower. Yes, the photo is accurate showing multiple steps in the bath. We enjoyed lounging on the living room loveseats during the heat of the day and made extensive use of the wifi - no issues for four+ connected devices. We made daily use of the Nespresso coffee machine and kept the refrigerator filled with water and other snacks. Dishwasher worked. The washing machine worked well and we brought a clothes line to hang dry on the patio. There was also a basket of various adapters on the washing machine - even though we brought US to EU adapters, not all of the outlets worked with what we brought. Check to see what’s available before you buy more.

Exceptional Time in Venice

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location to walk to all of our planned activities in Venice.
