The standard check-in time is until 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., the fee is 35 euros from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 65 euros from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. After midnight, the fee is 120 euros.

Ca’ Laguna is an exquisite and romantic apartment located in the heart of Venice. Overlooking the canal, this cozy apartment welcomes you with antique furniture set in an elegant Venetian atmosphere. Conveniently located on the first floor with plenty of natural light, this bright apartment features a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a restful bedroom, and a spacious bathroom—all of which combine to offer inviting comfort.

Ca’Laguna is located in the historic center of Venice and is conveniently situated for reaching Rialto and San Marco in a short time (on foot), yet the area is less touristy and more authentically Venetian.

We provide free Wi-Fi (fiber optic), TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe, coffee maker, teapot, toaster.... And the essential mosquito net for the summer! We’re also fully equipped for babies. We provide a comfortable crib complete with linens. Upon request, we can also provide toys, a stroller, a high chair, plates, and glasses.

Through our platform (website), you can learn about Venice and its points of interest and book guided tours, transportation tickets, and much more.

At check-in, we’ll meet you at the nearest boat stop, Fondamente Nuove, or at the apartment, if you prefer. We’ll give you very detailed instructions on how to easily get there.

Water Taxi – If you’d rather take a water taxi for a faster and more comfortable trip, we can book one for you. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of everything.

Custom Check-in: If you’d like us to meet you at the airport, train station, or bus station, we can come pick you up there to make everything even easier. Check-in from the airport is €65; check-in from the bus station or train station is €35.

Although less touristy, the Cannaregio neighborhood offers a convenient location from which to easily reach every corner of Venice on foot.

This area is a typical example of local life and features many supermarkets, restaurants, and an excellent public transportation network.

While walking around and exploring different parts of the city on foot is certainly possible, easy, and convenient, the public transportation network efficiently covers the area.
