Being our customers, you know very well that being a 16th century building, the rooms are different in shape, style and sometimes there are even small discrepancies 'in size'. If you had preferences of any kind, you could let us know at the time of booking and we would be more than happy to allocate you a room to your liking.When a room is not to the Guests liking, sometimes it is enough to ask for a different room, and if it is not possible to change rooms on the same day, we always do our best to accommodate you the Guests on the following days.We thank you for your time, we take note and we truly hope you will give us a chance on a next trip.

Good morning,Following your message we checked both rooms thoroughly and found no bedbugs at all.You have probably been bitten by mosquitos: Venice is located in a lagoon and it is unlikely not to have any.Please note that trains and planes may have the "bedbugs problem".We are sure that if you have been bitten by bedbugs it was not from us, also because neither in the four nights here nor at check out did you tell us about this problem.Hoping to welcome you again in the future, we remain withKind regards
