Barokki henkinen hotelli
Hotelli oli siisti, runsas aamiainen, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti lähellä Rialton siltaa. Hieman sokkeloisten kujien takana, ei ihan helppo löytää perille, ellei sitten saavu taxiveneellä. 4 hengen huone oli riittävän tilava. Laukut kannettiin 3. Kerrokseen henkilökunnan toimesta. Ei hissiä.

Would recommend
First it was a bit difficult to find; ask help and when you get near there are signs to lead you. Definitely worth the money. Nice staff, beautiful venetian decor, wonderful view from the breakfast room.

Ihmeellinen Venetsia
Ainutlaatuinen kaupunki, johon ehti melko hyvin tutustua neljässä päivässä. Huhtikuun puoliväli oli sopiva ajankohta sään ja pienen turistimäärän vuoksi. Tuskin mistään muualta löytyy niin paljon kauniita kirkkoja pieneltä alueelta kuin Venetsiasta. Vastapainoksi kirkkotaiteelle voi vierailla myös Guggenheimin museossa. Viehättävä pieni hotelli, jonka henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja hyvin avulias. Huoneen siivous oli huippuluokkaa.

Nice hotel with minor improvements
Owerall good hotel, but our on the ground floor suffered the smell of the canal. Otherwise everything was clean and interior very nice. The breakfast woukd have been great if - everything was not finished already 40 min before closing - the capasity of the breakfast room was bigger (needed to queue for 20 min)

Hotelli oli todella vaikea löytää, koska se on pienellä kujalla. Sijainti oli kuitenkin lopulta hyvä. Hotelli oli siisti, työntekijät mukavia ja sisustus mielenkiintoinen ja persoonallinen.

Hotel location is good: Canal Grande . Historic building, but rooms were in good condition. No elevator, but hotel staff carried luggage to rooms. From breakfast room there was nice view to Canal Grande. Recommended hotel

The staff were incredible , the beds comfortable and the view was fantastic. It’s just the rooms were a little old and dingy the one thing that really stood out was the slippers they give you to shower were brown they looked so sold and dirty so it just gave a bad vibe . But it wouldn’t stop me from staying there . The location is quite a hike from the train station you will need a water taxi direct if you have a lot of luggage .

This hotel the perfect combination of class, charm, with several idiosyncrasies that go with a 700 year old building refitted for modern era. It's not perfect, it can't be, and that's part of the charm. The staff was excellent and the location is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the main attractions. We would stay again.

This hotel was rated as a 4-Star but it definitely was not. There were renovation projects going on and the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Renovation work is acceptable as long as I can't hear it in my room. Not being able to eat lunch and dinner there was definitely NOT acceptable. With all of the beautiful furnishings and being on the canal, this hotel could be a 5-Star hotel with renovations. The Murano glass art and lighting was fabulous. Location was good, lots of good dining options in the immediate vicinity, walk to all the main tourist destinations, staff where great but best of all is the location on the grand canal, recommend the canal view room.

The property has 2rooms at ground level next to front desk and i was checked in one. While the room was nice and spacious, there should not be any rooms at ground level. Otherwise everything was great.

I loved this hotel on the Grand Canal.
This was an excellent hotel. It is right on the Grand Canal and in a great location that is easy to get to all the wonderful sites in Venice. The hotel staff was really great and very helpful. The room had a lot of old character and was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and an enjoyable stay.

Positive: Room was nice and big to accommodate all 5 of us including baby. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local areas and amenities. Negative: Room was on the 3rd floor with no lift access. Since the stairs are steep, it’s really tiring to climb towards the end of the day. There are no supermarkets or convenience store located nearby. (Closest one is about 20 min by walking)

The hotel is a perfect location, only a few minutes from the Rialto bridge. Our room was big enough for a family of 4, and a good sized bathroom too. Drinks from the bar on the terrace on the Grand Canal was great (and very reasonably priced too!) good breakfast. Fab!

Venice Stay
The hotel has a dock for water taxi which makes it very easy to get there. Location was good and lots of things near the hotel. The room was quite large and comfortable although the bathroom was quite small and very uncomfortable. This is a good choice of hotels.

This was the best place to stay in Venice. It is on the water. You can take a water taxi there. It takes ten minutes. We walked from train station. It took 20 minutes. We like to walk and see things. The hotel is quaint. Air conditioned. Breakfast is 6 euros and well worth it. It has a terrace you can sit in and eat. They have another terrace opened all day and you can have drinks on it or bring your own. The staff was very helpful for anything g we needed. Our favourite place to stay.
