Loft Style Apartment in San Trovaso Dorsoduro District

The San Trovaso Loft is a charming studio apartment located next to the Zattere waterfront, close to many cultural attractions and authentic Venetian bars and restaurants.



Literally at the doorsteps there are also many Osterie, Bacari, cafés and restaurants serving Venetian specialties for locals and students, beside myriads of nice art galleries and local artisan shops.



The area is rich in cultural attractions such as Basilica della Salute, Punta della Dogana, Accademia Galleries, Ca' Rezzonico Museum, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Cà Foscari University and much more.

The apartment is located at the first floor and get access from Fondamenta di San Trovaso. The building is very safe and quiet. In the spacious living room there is a small table for two (but another table like that is folded behind the sofa if you need 4 seats), a comfortable double pull-out sofa-bed, a very cool designer closet which hides TV, microwave oven, books and other useful everyday items. The kitchenette with 2 electric stoves, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, American coffee maker and all the basic utensils is found below an easy to climb staircase that leads to the bedroom upstairs in the mezzanine level. The comfortable queen size bed fits pretty well with a desk and a wardrobe. Please note that the mezzanine ceiling is about 185 cm high. A luxury bathroom with large shower cabin is found next to the entrance.



The San Trovaso Loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Autonomous Heating System and washing machine, beside other basic electrical appliances. We suggest the San Trovaso Loft to couples or singles (2 guests can sleep on 2 separate beds if requested, one in the sofa-bed, the other upstairs in the mezzanine). Even if rather compact, it is very comfortable and chic.
