Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Location is brilliant, quiet street just outside of the busy main attractions. Everything is in a walking distance and Taverna opposite of the hotel was just lovely.

The property is unforgettable, giving visitors the impression that they've stepped back in time to a more thoughtful, slower paced era. It reads more like an apartment, with varied artwork and sculptures adorning the walls and common spaces. Enjoy the full breakfast every morning so you can hit the ground running. If you need anything, the English-speaking staff is as friendly as the hotel is distinctive. They obviously care about delivering a first rate experience. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a lovely courtyard area, was very close to Dell'accademia vaporetto stop and was convenient for getting around Venice. Our room had a view of the courtyard and canal which was wonderful. All staff were exceptionally polite and courteous and we enjoyed the old world feel of the Pensione. Breakfast was great with a good assortment of freshly made food, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the 'local' feel of the hotel neighborhood away from the main tourist hotels and would stay there again and recommend to others.

アカデミア橋まで水上バスで行ってそこから歩きました。ホテルはとても雰囲気のある感じで、とても素敵です。 ホテルの人も快く迎えてくれて、朝食もとっても美味しかったです。総じて最高でした。 また泊まりたいです！

The Pensione is a lovely, old school hotel in a convenient location very near the Accademia in Venice. The Accademia vaporetto stop is a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The Accademia and Guggenheim museums are nearby. Numerous good-quality bars, cafes, gelaterias, supermarkets, and restaurants lie within a short walk. The staff is friendly and service oriented. The rooms are modestly sized but comfortable. There is no lift at the hotel; climbing 1-2 flights of stairs is required to get to your room. Breakfast includes a good assortment of hot and cold foods. The bar is quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended if you want a conveniently located but quiet and pleasant refuge in Venice.

Beautiful, charming building with the feel of a house and hospitality of professionals. We’ve stayed in many places in Venice and this was our favorite. We just loved the whole feel of the place with the little touches for guests.

評判通りの良いホテルでした。1人だったので、部屋は狭いですが、ダブルベットでゆっくり静かに過ごせました。 調度品も美しく飾られています。ベネチアと言う土地の狭い環境できれいな庭もありました。 フェリー乗り場から歩いて5分ほどで到着します。 食事処、スーパーも近くにあります。 サンマルコ広場へは10分ほどです。 朝食は三ツ星ホテルとしては十分なものでした。 また訪れたいホテルです。

Antonio was great and very helpful. Beautiful room and view of the canals - we were upgraded to an even better room upon arrival as it was available. We had to check out early so they offered us breakfast to go. Walkable to all main attractions. Staff were helpful and gave us multiple options for things to do, maps, even a free glass viewing workshop. Overall, the best experience we had travelling around Italy!

Stayed 4 nights at this amazingly charming hotel. Perfect location close to many great tourist attractions, but at the same time sheltered and calm with a beautiful garden. Outstanding service and the best breakfast I have had in Italy. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Hidden Gem in Venice
This is a delightful small hotel tucked down a path at the mouth of a small canal opening onto the Grand Canal. Unusually for Venice it has a garden facing the canal as well as a small internal garden. My room opened onto this garden. If fact it resembled a small bungalow with its own terrace and seating area. It would be lovely in summer. Very friendly staff providing an efficient and seamless service. Comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. Very extensive breakfast menu.

This is in a great location for exploring the island. The hotel has a lot of history and the staff were all fantastic and helpful. Decent breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but well equipped and clean. I would definitely come back here. The interior of the hotel is amazing and the garden and patio area too.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our two night stay at the Pensione Accademia. The view from our room facing the Grand Canal was to die for. Our room was meticulously clean. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve encountered in my travels, especially Ricardo, who helped us print tickets to a soccer match. The surrounding area is quaint with a local flair. We will be back.
