Rialto - Kirkas ja Panoramic Penthouse Heart of Venice

Tämä ihana kattohuoneisto sijoitetaan tyypillisessä XVIII venetsialainen palatsi, Santa Croce alueella, keskeisellä alueella, joka on säästynyt vuon matkailijoiden ja jossa voit vielä löytää tyypillinen ja rehellinen puolella kaupunkia.
Penthouse on remontoitu vuonna 2007 ja asui omistajat vasta muutama vuosi sitten. Siksi löydät kaikki mukavuudet mitä tarvitset tuntuu kuin olisit kotona.
Jokainen huone on valoisa ja aurinkoinen, nauti panoraamanäköala kanavalle ja ympäröivien kattojen ja "altanas", tyypillinen Venitian terasseja päälle asetetaan rakennuksia. Aurinko laskee olohuoneessa jossa viehättävä tunnelma.

Penthouse on vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta ja 15 minuutin päässä linja-autoasemalta. San Stae vesibussipysäkki on vain 1 minuutin päässä ilman siltoja kulkea läpi. Voit nauttia aamiaisen yksi monista tyypillisiä baareja ja ravintoloita ympäri Campo San Giacomo (1 min), käydä kirkossa - yksi vanhimmista kaupungin - jossa on maalauksia Veronese ja Lotto. Luonnontieteellinen museo ja Modernin taiteen museo ovat molemmat 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Rialton tuoreiden elintarvikkeiden markkinoiden ja Rialton silta ovat vain 5 minuutin päässä ja sieltä pääsee San Marco neliö 10 minuutin ihana kävellä.

Omistajat mielellään ehdottaa heidän vieraansa epätavallinen matkoja, asettaa henkilökohtainen kokki illallinen, jossa neuvoja ravintoloita ja kauppoja ja tehdä jokainen asia sinun täytyy saada paras irti Venetsia kokemus.

Könnte nicht besser sein! Wunderbares Apartment in bester Lage, alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhig und toller Blick über die Dächer von Venedig. Rialtobrücke in unmittelbarer Gehnähe. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort perfekt, Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

Charming, comfortable, and convenient

Giorgia is a wonderful host and the apartment is well equipped and located. If we are lucky enough to return to Venice, we’d absolutely stay here again. Perfect location for walking to the tourist sites and wandering through residential areas. The walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop is only a few minutes. Loved every day of this stay!

Lovely apartment in the perfect location

Venice Neighborhood Gem

The photos are exactly how the apartment is really like. Yes, there are the steep flight of stairs but far fewer than I had imagined. Check-In with Giorgia's friend Marta was easy & she had very good navigating & restaurant advice for us. The apartment was comfortable & we even had a chance to do some home cooking one evening! The place really added to our Venice experience. It was fun exploring neighborhoods away from the tourist crowds but it was also close enough so that if you wanted to you had access to all the major sites. Ciao!

Terrific Venice Apartment

She is the most wonderful host. Highly recommend taking the water taxi when leaving the airport. it’s a great experience and way to enter the city, no matter the added cost. We were met at a drop off point and escorted directly to the apartment, no stairs until you got to the front door. It’s four flights up but worth every step. Apartment had great rooftop views and listening to the bell towers added to the charm. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk ie grocery. Quite neighborhood, not tourist traffic. Michelin Star restaurant around the corner that we stumbled upon but had already had dinner around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very attentive, checking in to make sure everything was alright. Went above and beyond to give me luggage issues solutions. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Place!

Apartment is in great location, away from the busy tourist areas. Easy water bus access, with close supermarket, bakery, gelato and outstanding restaurants. Giorgia was great to communicate with (she even booked us a water taxi for our arrival). Met at apartment by Alessia, who was helpful in every sense of the way. Looking forward to returning!

Nice apartment away from the crowds

Quiet, quirky, and perfect

Great communication with Giorgiana. Had her friend Alessia meet us at the dock and escort us to the apartment. Great location, easy to get to Vaporetto, or a short adventurous walk to Rialto bridge. Great restaurants, bakeries, gelato nearby. Much less touristy than other areas. Just make sure you can negotiate three flights of narrow/steep stairs. Very charming place, would stay in this apartment again.

Perfect place for our family of five

We loved this apartment! Georgia was very responsive through the entire process. We were met by Alessia, who was very nice!! She walked us through the details of the apartment and took the time to point out a few sights to see. The place was very clean and the photos are accurate. The air conditioning works great! Both actual bedrooms and the living room have their own units. The room off the living room does not have its own a/c unit, but the living room unit has no problem keeping the room cool if you keep the door open. The location is perfect. It is very easy to walk to the sites or catch a vaporetto. We loved that it was in a quiet and less touristy location. WiFi worked great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Short but sweet stay

From the moment of booking to checking into the property Giorgia was very kind and responded quickly. The property is just as it is advertised on VRBO. We had booked the apartment for 2 nights but Vueling Airlines cancelled our flight into Venice at the last moment and we arrived a day late. Giorgia has arranged for a private water taxi to pick us up but she graciously cancelled the original pickup and scheduled one for the next day. Her friend, Valeria met us at the taxi stop and took us to the apartment and explained everything in detail. I am just disappointed that we lost a day in Venice and another night at the apartment. Quite comfortable, very quiet and in a great location away from the crowds. Very clean and very well equipped. Would not hesitate to book the apartment again. One thing I will say, if someone has mobility issues or elderly, this is probably not the apartment for you as there are about 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and appreciated Giorgia's hospitality.

Had a wonderful time

Property was clean, bright and comfortable. We loved the location- it was so easy to get to and get to everywhere from. It is a lot of stairs to carry up heavy luggage- but no big deal when not carrying luggage, lol. My only wish was a fan for the 3rd bedroom as it was a heat wave and no A/C in that one. I'm sure in a non heat wave the Living room AC would suffice to cool it.

Wonderful place to stay in Venice

We really enjoyed our time in Venice and we wished we were able to stay longer. Georgia's apartment had more than enough space for my two teenaged boys, my husband, and me. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great for us. We were greeted at the station when we got off the Vaporetto and lead to the apartment, then provided with all the information we needed for a wonderful few days, including restaurant recommendations. Be sure you can manage going up and down some very steep concrete steps to get to the apartment front door as there is no elevator. We would absolutely stay here again!
