A cozy apartment of about 90 square meters, with a terrace, that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor of a well-maintained building with a garden, a shared driveway, and an elevator (max 2 people; 3 steps to access it). The property is just a stone’s throw from the beaches and about a 10-minute walk from the Palazzo del Cinema, home to the famous Venice International Film Festival.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The space

The interior is laid out as follows:

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and a small table;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, dining table, 43-inch smart TV, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, armchair, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a wardrobe, and an armchair;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE with a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (split system in the living room and both bedrooms), washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.



Reserved parking space, letter “O”: PLEASE NOTE, only city cars may be parked here; NO SUVs or large vehicles.

In the shared garden, you can store your bicycles in the designated rack.

Guest access

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to keep in mind

All guests’ identification documents must be presented upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



The tourist tax is not included in the price; it must be paid on-site in cash at a rate of €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children ages 0–9 are exempt; children ages 10–16 receive a 50% reduction on the tax.

Starting April 25, a pilot program for the entrance fee to the historic city of Venice will be in effect. By following the instructions provided in the template, you can download a voucher for free access to the historic city of Venice.

Please note that check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and the following surcharges apply: from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM >> 40 euros;

from 10:00 PM to midnight >> 60 euros.
