”Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. ”

”The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and located great for our purposes. We needed to be located on the east side of Tucson. Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
This hotel is older with smaller rooms, but the upgrades and atmosphere are excellent. Recommended and would definitely stay again ”

”We love staying here on our roadtrips, it works well for our family. This time our room was subpar. There was a horrible smell that could only be described as a “fart smell” in the room. We arrived late and the kids were so tired. They offered for us to change rooms, but we needed to get the kids to sleep. ”Room was large and lovely. Grounds are so beautifully landscaped with mature plants and cacti. Loved all the colorful pottery and flowers. Pools were fantastic - 10 Feet deep and lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit - I’ll be back for a third!”
