”Neighbourhood is quite sketchy, but the building is alright. The pool was great, but only receives morning sun. The noise from traffic (even on the 35th floor) and a zip-line and clubs on the rooftop were not so appreciated. The check-in was horrible as the rental agency did not complete the registration with the property management. I had to wait about 2 hours to have this resolved, but they acted quickly when they finally responded”

”We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. ”The location could not be better! Easy walking to everything there is to love about Casco Viejo. This was the second time I stayed at Casa Lourdes (a different suite), and the room was clean and well-appointed. My only complaint is the cheap, uncomfortable pillows. I would stay there again - just bring my own pillows!”

”The place was beautiful and in a great location in the old town close to bars and restaurants. However it was very noisy until about 3am every night for my stay due to proximity to the bars. I guess you can have everything but it would have been nice to have been told about the noise. We moved out after 7 of of our 9 nighs there.”

Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit.
