Asunnot – Veracruz

”From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

”Did not stay in it. Couldnt find it. The contact for the property never returned texts. Its non existent. The address is a market in the middle of a dirty town. Please refund this. Ive already complained but never received a call back from vrbo or expedia. We had to rent a hotel at the last minute.”

”Avenida Belboa is LOUD. The apartment is lound but you hear traffic up and down all night. The apt was ok. Stove didn’t work, microwave blew out and was not replaced and the water in the shower didn’t get hot. I find the communication could have been better. Response times were a bit slow. I would not stay there again - it’s just too noisy for me and there really is nothing in the area to see. A few restaurants at but that’s it.”

”The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked...

”Fabulous view and nice to have two bathrooms between us. Air conditioning stove top and refrigerator were great. Hot water for showers happened @ half of the time. Washer/dryer melted my hat and part of top because it was so hot and still damp. Microwave worked, but sometimes alarmed and lights and fan turned on by itself. A”
