”The hotel was very clean however the fridge was not working well and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. It seemed there was only one person at front desk for help. We had to go downstairs to get soap as no one answered the phone.”

”We were very excited to stay here. Beautiful property, on the beach, a little hard to find, limited parking spaces… but the pool area was gorgeous. Check in was a wait. They don’t start until 4 pm and we arrived about 3:45 and got in line a bit hungry, thought we’d grab a quick pre dinner snack from the hotel market but it closed at 4 pm. ”Room felt crowded and old in style. Bathtub was cracked and the beds were awful. We could feel the springs from the mattress. The hot tub was colder than bath water and the entire pool area felt unsafe. The doors were rusty inside the pool area, no poll towels and the smell as you entered the front door to the lobby smelled like dead fish. I heard another guest tell the front desk it smelled bad in the entrance where the luggage carts were at like a wet dog. The entrance to the motel is not well...

”Hotel was perfect. There were three pools and one was totally for children. One definitely was it an adult pool. Hot tubs, Tiki bar, great marketplace, great food couldn’t ask for anything more.”

”I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! ”Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. ”

”The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5”

”Walls were ‘thin’. Toddler next door was noisy. We were put in a handicapped room… we didn’t ask for it or need it. The room was fine but shower was a walk in and water got throughout the bathroom floor. Slippery”
