”The location is great where there is a grocery store across the street & your 5 minutes walk to Copacabana Beach. You're also close to the metro station. The hostel is very clean. There are stairs to enter the hostel. It can be loud outside as you're on a busy street, but you're in a central location. The hostel has 2 bathrooms & sometimes individuals will spend time changing in there, doing their make up and you'll have to wait to brush your teeth. I don't know if you can tell people what not...

”Ihan loistava hotelli. Saatiin huone heti aamusta kun tultiin pitkältä lennolta hotelliin.

”I don't know if I just got the spare room that they never rent out but it was absolutely terrible!! Everything in the room was old, stained, and crusty. My bed only had dingy sheets on it with no comforter or bedspread. The bed skirt was old and stained. I literally had to sleep in my clothes and luckily had my own little airplane blanket to sleep on top of. I was so glad I was there only 2 nights. It was during Rock in Rio. I was so exhausted after traveling for over 24 hours that I just made...

”muy lindo y acogedor, las personas muy amables”

”The best part of the hotel was the view from the rooftop deck. You could see the whole Copacabana, Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain.”

”Great staff.”

”Surfaces in the room were covered in sticky marks from drinks glasses & one of the pillow cases had burn marks or stains on it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste or soap splatters on it too. The bed was comfortable but we booked for twin beds & got a double instead! There was a decent spread for the breakfast, & it was labelled with a description in English as well. But no decaf coffee option was available. A lot of the staff were very helpful & friendly, but the ladies at the check in desk...

”The hotel is very basic. The rooms are quite small, and the hotel seems to operate at full capacity most of the time. They are generally unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests have to wait in the lobby until 3:00 PM, and then suddenly all the rooms seem to become available for check-in at the same time. There is no iron in the room. If you need one, you have to go to the front desk, get a special key, and access the first floor, which is a little inconvenient. The...
