”Staying in this charming 1BR by the Eiffel Tower was truly one of the highlights of our Paris trip. From the moment we walked in, the apartment felt like a little Parisian dream, cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of character, but also incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It felt less like a rental and more like a home. The location is absolutely unbeatable. ”Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

”This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.”

”The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Check-in was straight forward with the instructions and video provided by the property manager. The unit is on the 3rd floor which some may find difficult to carry their luggage up to that floor since there is not an elevator. The unit is in a fantastic area which was close to many great shops, restaurants and attractions. We had a fabulous time staying here.”
