Classy hotel with excellent location

Perfect central location. Staff were all friendly, helpful and couldn't have been better. Rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again and certainly will do when we return to Verona.

Ottimo hotel. Posizione molto centrale, in una traversa a pochissimi passi da via Mazzini, (strada dello shopping) e vicino alle principali attrazioni della città, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in 5-12 minuti (arena di Verona, piazza delle Erbe, casa di Giulietta, ponte di pietra con funicolare, Castelvecchio). Struttura nuova, moderna, ben arredata. Stanza doppia ampia, pulita e silenziosa; bagno funzionale con vasca doccia, bidet e dotato di phon di buona qualità. Colazione a buffet molto abbondante e varia, servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde. Nella struttura presenti spazi e sale con divani e poltrone in cui potersi rilassare o bere qualcosa. Possibilità di deposito bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Personale gentile e professionale, pronto a dare informazioni e consigli sulla visita in città. Ottima esperienza. Consigliato

This is a gem of a loggia, not inexpensive, but well worth the cost. The building dates to 1700 and is situated adjacent to the yellow archway at the top of town. Each booking includes one of the old parlours converted into a small apartment with a sleeping loft. There are still original frescoes on the ceilings. A small garden patio extends from the lobby and overlooks the town below. Breakfast (including the best cream crossiants ever) can be taken outside on a nice morning. The housekeeper met us, helped carry our bags up stairs, and bent over backwards to welcome us with information, advice and hospitality. This was a perfect set up for parents travelling with adult children. It is two minutes to the shops, five to the sea, and there is a Michelin restaurant - Miky - along the waterfront. Train service from Florence through La Spezia was very convenient and much less expensive between the Cinque Terra than the ferry boats. We took one just to get a view from the water. Would return in a heartbeat!

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived at the hotel; everyone was helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and spacious - very rare in European hotels. The Accademia is in the walking distance to everything Verona has to offer; we had a time and will happily come back.

Our stay was outstanding. English speaking ront desk staff, bellhops and breakfast staff were readily available and helpful. Parking is offsite but close and affordable. Staff ride with you to the lot and escort you back to the hotel. Room was large with usual amenities. Breakfast was exceptionally varied with everything you could imagine:pastries, fruit, cheese, eggs. Would definitely stay again if we are in Verona and highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of historic Verona, making possible walking to major landmarks and sites. We had a beautifully appointed suite, with two TVs. The bathroom was amazing, with. Multiple water jets. The facility itself is tasteful, with a nice breakfast room, meeting rooms and elegant ambiance. Parking is available on the premises. Overall, highly recommended.
