”Rooms are clean and modern, location is good. Service is non-existent. There is no one at the premises, if you were to lose your key no one answers the phone. Also no self check in option and the staff is not at all flexible. You have to arrive in the given time slot or they will charge you additional 75€. Parking is also quite expensive. In addition the hotel first charged me an additional 60€ without any explanation or receipt. We tried to contact them for days and they did not answer any...

”It was difficult to get to, and into. Our phone would not work and if another guest had not arrived we would have had to sleep out side the gate.”

”The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. ”

”We had the most amazing stay at Il Vigneto in the charming town of Volastra! Our room was clean, spacious, and simply but functional, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean from the window. The views from the panoramic terrace are even better, though it was too cold and windy in the mornings that we were there so we ate breakfast in the cozy kitchen instead. Breakfast was simple but delicious with breads, jams, pastries, and yogurt with coffee and juice - perfect fuel for a day of hiking! And...
