Very well located with nice views of the street and castle. Restaurant/ breakfast was very good. The only down side was that our room was on the first floor and we could hear all the noise from the restaurant at night and in the early hours.

Very comfortable room. Great location in Vianden. By Luxembourg standards - it's an incredibly expensive country - good value.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel Victor Hugo et avons été ravis de notre séjour. Notre chambre avait vue sur la rivière. Nous avons apprécié le confort de l'hotel , le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons aussi apprécié le cadre et la qualite du restaurant. Les petits déjeuners étaient parfaits. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour ce bon séjour chez vous! Ariane

Mooie locatie, waardoor vlakbij gratis parkeren wel lastig is. Wel is er op 300 meter afstand voldoende plek. Nette, schone kamer, hoewel sommige dingen wat onderhoud nodig hadden (loszittende badsteun en handdoekenrek). Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Goed restaurant. Ontbijt met voldoende keus.

We’ve had a wonder time staying at the hotel. Room was small, but everything we needed was available. The staff was amazing and the service was great!

Outstanding for my dietary needs.
We had such a lovely stay and the staff bent over backwards to make our stay that way. In particular, I have such difficult dietary restrictions and the kitchen staff were able to adapt the menu to suit my needs, even going off-menu to feed me. The room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable and the views were stunning. We will definitely be returning again.

This hotel overlooks the river and has a decent buffet breakfast. The pub downstairs looks good but I didn’t get the chance to eat there as I was o oh there for one night. Lots walks near by and the town is sleepy but charming.

The view was beautiful and the location is perfect. I had a room looking onto the river and I could see the castle to the side. The only complaint I have is the bathroom wasn’t super clean. I was also in a non-smoking room but it smelled like an ash tray when I walked in. Otherwise the hotel was a good place to stay.

Es tut uns leid dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht so verlaufen ist wie gewünscht und möchten uns dafür entschuldigen.Alle unsere Zimmer sind Nichtraucher aber leider hat der Gast vor Ihnen im Zimmer geraucht.

Grammar location - lacking facilities
Lovely hotel but amenities are not what is shown in description - there is no on site parking - parking is on the street (if you can find it) or at the covered carpark which is very expensive. The description states it has self laundry provision which it doesn’t and on the last morning there was no hot water for the shower in both rooms and the towels are so old…..on the positive the breakfast and evening meals were nice and the waiting staff very friendly - great location

Unsere Einzelzimmer standard verfügen über einen Ventilator die superior DZ haben alle Airco und Minibar. Ein Bier 0,30 l kostet 3,20  bei uns vielleicht haben Sie das in einem anderen Lokal getrunken.

Warning: not all rooms have air conditioning! We booked the room when it was hot because it said they have air conditioning. Then we get to the hotel and find out that only certain rooms do and they’re all already occupied. Expedia reached out on our behalf and they refused to do anything about it. On the plus side, the location is wonderful.

nice location. lovely views.
We arrived on a Wednesday when the bar and restaurant were closed. It would have been nice ro have access to some brochures in the lobby for information on the area, and perhaps some bottled water in the room.

Good hotel which is relatively cheap by Luxembourg standards; Helpful staff - I lost my charger and reception was helpful in suggestions for getting replacements lent my a charger. Evening meal enjoyable with great views.

Hôtel agréable
Hôtel agréable et calme, la chambre standard est un peu petite et la douche aussi et la décoration sobre. La chambre double confort est plus spacieuse et a une vue sur la terrasse du jardin et est donc plus calme. La salle de bains est plus grande.

Quaint little old-school European hotel located in the heart of a picturesque village... right above a main intersection where traffic stops all day and into the night, making it very noisy. Central to all the major attractions of Vianden, and the restaurant has a good menu. Breakfast was a typically European spread and OK value at 10€. Free parking in a small deck very close by. The hard-working bar/restaurant staff deserve big tips!
