”For the price, breakfast waa really good. My only complaint (and the only reason I didn't give a 5 *) was the AC unit in our room was not functioning well. I had to toggle the different settings before it finally worked. And it was too late to ask to transfer to another room because my companion was already asleep. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.”

”Staff was friendly; breakfast was good; renovations were underway with materials being stored in the lobby and breakfast room - so not an ideal first impression. But the room was clean and had already been renovated so it was nice (except for a noticeable odor of new construction materals).”

”When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us.
Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms. ”
