They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me. ”The AC did not work properly. It never shut off and the room was extremely humid. One of my worst experiences ever.”

”The room was very clean, Staff was very helpful when we asked about a couple of things. Mattress was comfortable and bedding was clean. Nice shower. A/C was cold. Easy parking. Coffee and breakfast was awesome, Biscuits were fluffy.”

”Not a very good experience. Looks like the same rag was used to clean the floor was used to clean the counters and shower. Pubic hair on the mirror and shower walls. Just to get into the room was difficult. One had to put your whole shoulder into it just to open it. The AC was loud and even louder when the compressor kicked on and would not maintain a temperature. Breakfast was over cooked and not a very good selection. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable. Don’t think I would choose this...

”When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”
