”I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed. Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again..”

And the bus stops were very close if you need to use public transport. I had a clean and comfortable room with a bathroom. With extra cost I ate a good full English breakfast. Staff was friendly. ”

”We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. There were no towels in our room, we had to request these via the doorbell. There was no bottled water as advertised. The room was not very clean - there were cobwebs on the wall,...

”Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap.”
