”I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed. Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again..”

”We booked an accessible room as my husband has walking difficulties but is not wheelchair bound. We were very dismayed to find all the bedrooms were at the rear of the property from reception. Our allocated accessible room was nearly 200 yards from there and whilst we were moved to a regular bedroom immediately on entering the bedroom block, it was still the better part of a 150 yards walk back to the entrance. Also there were no disabled parking spaces close to the entrance, although...

And the bus stops were very close if you need to use public transport. I had a clean and comfortable room with a bathroom. With extra cost I ate a good full English breakfast. Staff was friendly. ”

”We enjoyed our stay at Makeney Hall. The first night we arrived late and the couch pull out bed had no sheets or blankets. The front desk staff was very kind and went and found what we needed and we were very grateful. The room was nice size and the grounds were very beautiful.”
