”When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. ”
”This was a lovely property, and the innkeepers were just very warm, very easy to talk to, and they were very attentive. I would come here again, if I travel to Inverness, which I would love to do. ”
”Excellent service and extremely clean, spacious rooms. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and kind! The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is situated at a quiet place next to the river, that is an easy and quick stroll into the main hub of town. Be mindful of the electronic gate when it opens inward so you don’t have to quickly reverse your car as you leave the hotel.”

”Very centrally located. I am a runner. The River Ness is outside the front door and you can run or walk by the river both ways on both sides. There are may bridges and places to cross. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We went to Zizzi's on the other side of the river for dinner. Breakfast is good. Liked staying here. Inverness left a great impression.”

”We had a good one night stay here. The House is within a couple of blocks of both the bus and train stations. Just be aware that there is not an elevator; we dragged outer heavy bags up three flights. We were there in a beautiful summer Saturday night, so there was a lot of noise from parties down below; this is the only negative thing about this property and would likely not be as bad any other night of the week. Manager Anna-Maria went above and beyond to make our stay here, exceptional. The owners of this establishment are fortunate to have her as their manager.
