Within walking distance of the main railway station, making it easy to explore the city by public transport. The room was spacious and clean. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. We even got the room early in the morning 😊

Very clean and nice staff. Rooms have sufficient size, however, no fridge or mini bar in the room. My reason for deducting three stars is that the doors closed very noisy... And in combination with school groups staying and walking from one room to another... The smashing off doors becomes unbearable at night. Sorry, wouldn't stay because of this.

The room was fine if you are there to sleep and leave , I would not want to be there for a few nights. The room is very small , no actual chair , there were two small ottomans I suspect were to be used for chairs. The room was very clean and the linen was of good quality on the two smallish single beds.

Auf der Toilette hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert. Sie war defekt und der Geruch kam ins Zimmer rein, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Der Boden stinkt, das Teppich war nicht sauber.

The hotel is located very near the Vienna Main Station. Pretty much convenient to find everything you need. The property was clean and comfy.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very conveniently located: walkable distance from the main train station and very close to trams that take you to the center city in about 15 mins. The front desk people all knew English and helped make our experience in Vienna easy. The area was very clean and safe!

We were looking for an affordable place to stay that was near public transport in Vienna, and this hotel with its location somewhat near the Wien HBF was a good answer. It was really easy to traverse between the cities main transport hub and the hotel, and once we got there, there was not much fuss needed to check in and get to our rooms. Aside from the lack of an electric kettle, the rest of the room was small, cosy, and definitely sufficient for our short stay. The buffet was also simple, but not too sparse, with an excellent array of tinned livers to go with the cold cuts, cheese and bread.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Check in konnte unkompliziert gemacht werden, Personal war nicht sehr freundlich aber ganz okee. Zimmer war sauber, TV hat funktioniert. Super Lage, circa 10min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Good Stay and convenient parking - but beware
We had a one night stay here before flying home. We had a bigger room than expected (not large by any means, but bigger than a previous B&B Hotel 3-bed room). The room was clean and comfy located in a quieter area. Our only problem was with the parking garage. We parked where recommended and gave the hotel the parking ticket to get the discount code; however, when paying at the garage the next morning, we were charged the full 25 Euro (not 13 Euro as it should have been). We had to get to the airport so we left and I figured I'd contact the hotel to remedy this. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything about it. So, just beware that the parking discount code may not work and have time to deal with it when paying (I guess there's a "customer service" button you can press - though if you don't speak German, I'm not sure you'll be able to figure out what button that is!).
