Sängyssä ei ollut kunnon peittoa vaan lakana+päiväpeitto systeemi joka oli vähän outo mutta ainakin naapuri kantoi oikeita peittoja jostain, joten ne varmaan saa respasta missä palvelu oli erinomaista. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

The gardens and pool area are very well maintained and clean. We had junior suite with own garden. The room was spacious and even the sofa bed for our son was very comfortable. Breakfast was versatile and delicious, especially the coffee was good; strong and hot. In the area, where Villa Olmi is located, there is really nothing. Luckily only short car ride to Florence central and hotel had shuttle bus service, which was convenient. Everyone at the hotel staff were really friendly and professional. One small thing only made me feel uncomfortable; at the check out there was added optional service charge to our bill. The receptionist clearly pointed that it was optional. This practice however seemed a bit strange. Anyway, we had absolutely great stay and would definitely come back to this beautiful hotel!"
"The place was ok. It’s a little bit far away from the city but public transport was pretty good even though the time table wasn’t quite precise.
We had bungalow for 5 persons and that was good for us, so there was plenty of space for two of us.
Walls were paper thin so you could hear all the voices from outside. Nights were pretty silent though.
