Sängyssä ei ollut kunnon peittoa vaan lakana+päiväpeitto systeemi joka oli vähän outo mutta ainakin naapuri kantoi oikeita peittoja jostain, joten ne varmaan saa respasta missä palvelu oli erinomaista. Kylppäri/suihku hyvät. Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi loistavasti varsinkin kun tullessa oli rankkasadetta ja siksi tosi kostea ilma. Yöllä ulkona +17 ja sisällä...

”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

”Everything was amazing! The hotel is furnished so nicely and the room was spacious and very clean. We had access to the backyard bar straight from our room which was a nice surprise.
It was easy to get to the city center and back with a taxi (only 10min) which the hotel kindly ordered for us. ”

”An absolutely enchanting gem in the heart of Florence. It is away from the crowd but a sanctuary for the mind. The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. Quality is outstanding as is the staff. ”

Luckily only short car ride to Florence central and hotel had shuttle bus service, which was convenient. Everyone at the hotel staff were really friendly and professional. One small thing only made me feel uncomfortable; at the check out there was added optional service charge to our bill. The receptionist clearly pointed that it was optional. This practice however seemed a bit strange. Anyway, we had absolutely great stay and would definitely come back to this beautiful hotel!"
"The place was ok. It’s a little bit far away from the city but public transport was pretty good even though the time table wasn’t quite precise.
We had bungalow for 5 persons and that was good for us, so there was plenty of space for two of us.
Walls were paper thin so you could hear all the voices from outside. Nights were pretty silent though.
