”Superb hotel! A charming oasis in a bustling city. Highlights: pool, sauna, breakfast. The historic centre is about 20 minutes bus ride away, but it’s worth it! Buses run regularly. ”

”Kukaan ei oikein osannut Englannin kieltä ja turisteja oli pääasiassa maista, jossa puhutaan Englantia. Valentinen päivän johdosta ruokailun haluttiin tarjota kaikille 7 lajin illallistarjoilu kovaan hintaan. Muuta ei kuulemma ollut tarjolla. Sain kutenkinhuoneeseen jotain tilattua.”

”Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. I loved walking through the property seeing the animals and in the trails through the woods. Only 5km outside of Florence, it's a great location to still do the touristy things in...

”The place was ok. It’s a little bit far away from the city but public transport was pretty good even though the time table wasn’t quite precise. We had bungalow for 5 persons and that was good for us, so there was plenty of space for two of us. Walls were paper thin so you could hear all the voices from outside. Nights were pretty silent though. Pool area was nice.”

”Todella ihastuttava paikka ja kuinka valtavan hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu!”

”Very friendly service .Very comfortable place.”

”Excelente alternativa para ficar fora do burburinho do centro de Firenze, lotada de turistas, e se deslocar usando a van do hotel. O hotel é novo, tudo de 1a. nível e o local é uma ilha de paz.”

”Huone oli siisti, hyvänkokoinen, huonekorkeus > 3,5 m. Kiva kylpyhuone.”

”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

”Quiet and comfortable.”

”Siisti huoneisto ja valmiudet monipuoliseen palveluun olivat hyvät. Huoneistossa olisi toivonut olevan myös toimistotyylinen pöytä liikematkustajia varten.”
